Hey, guys. I guess I'm at fault for not keeping you up to date,
but it appears that Narconon's bid for Bowdon is officially over.
Artegus Newell, city planner, confirmed that Mary Reiser officially
withdrew her zoning application, and thoush it's possible for them
to re-apply at a later date, this is extremely unlikely. The
application witdrawl would make things twice as complicated. Smart
money is that they're out for good.
I do have to say that this has been an, um, interesting little
episode in my career, and while I'm proud to have been a part of
it, the real victors are the people of Bowdon, who tenaciously
fought for their right not to take part in this nonsense.
I've learned lots, and wanted to thank you all for your help in
bringing the necessary information to our readers. This was a joint
success. And it really was a success.
I guess this is goodbye. Keep fighting the good fight.
