Since you're reviewing this web site you've probably done research
and have found that the notorious Scientology organization has a long
history of maiming individuals,
both physically as well as mentally. You've probably also found that
the organization routinely gets sued in
civil courts around the
world and that Scientology routinely gets
raided, arrested, and indicted
around the world.
If you're one of the many people who have been harmed by Scientology,
you can do something about it! If you were ever in the
Scientology organization, you can sue to get back at least some of the
money you were swindled out of. Many other victims of
Scientology's frauds have sued Scientology successfully. If you or a
loved one has suffered physical maimings, psychological damage, or
financial frauds as a result of Scientology's quack medical scams or
its "processing," you can sue the organization to try to
recover damages for your injury.
Many lawyers will express considerable doubt as to the well documented
facts of Scientology that are presented to them by victims. The level
of racketeering, blackmail, extortion, and mind control that Scientology
engages in is difficult for most lawyers to accept if they've never done
research on the organization or if they've never litigated against a
massively criminal organization with a history of such behavior.
Fortunately there are a number of lawyers who have acquired extensive
background and knowledge of Scientology, its written policies, its
criminal background, its current criminal activities, and the lengths
to which Scientology will go to silence victims and witnesses. Here
are just a few who have exhibited the guts, the patients, and the
know-how to successfully litigate against the criminal organization:
Dan Leipold of Leipold, Donohue & Shipe, LLP (Attorney)
Ford Greene (Attorney)
Craig J. Stein of Gelfand & Stein, LLP (Attorney)
Charles O'Reilly of O'Reilly & Hobart (Attorney)
Mark Goldowitz of the California Anti-SLAPP Project (Attorney)
